Riversea Exchange Policy

Effective date: February 29, 2024

The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, scratches, neglect, and loss or theft of items. Presentation of the purchase invoice is essential for any exchange request. Once the warranty is approved, we will mail the new product to you at our expense. In a situation where the product is unavailable, Riversea will issue a credit note equivalent to the original purchase price, usable online or in our physical stores. Beyond 3 months, no warranty will be applicable.

Exchange process for an online order: 

Exchange requests must be submitted only by email, to riversea-shop@outlook.com. Your message must include the reason for the return, photos of the defective product if necessary and the order number. You have up to 14 days following receipt of the package to make an exchange request.

Once approved, you can go to the delivery service of your choice to send your order. Delivery costs will be your responsibility. You also have the option of exchanging it for free at one of our two stores.

Once we have your order in hand, we will send you the requested order with shipping details. You will receive the package within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that once again, delivery costs ($12 taxes included) will be your responsibility.

Exchange process for purchasing a gift:

We offer the possibility of exchanging rings purchased as gifts. For this option to apply, please notify us at the time of your purchase. Our staff can then add a note to your customer account, specifying the possibility of exchange.

If a change to the ring size is necessary, we will ask you to provide your order number when you visit the store. This will make the redemption process easier for you or the person for whom the gift is intended. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make the exchange.

Accuracy for normal wear of the rings: 

We would like to inform you about an aspect concerning the normal wear of the rings, which can sometimes lead to deformation due to the daily shocks they undergo. Although this rarely happens, we understand that the situation can be disappointing. However, we want to assure you that we are here to help you resolve this issue.

If you experience deformation of your ring, we offer you two options to remedy the situation. You can first go to one of our stores where our team can round the ring using a small tool, thus offering a quick and efficient solution. The service is also offered in most jewelry stores.

If you are not near our stores, we invite you to send us the ring by post using the delivery service of your choice so that we can carry out its repair. Once ready, we will send it back to you using Purolator service. Please note that delivery costs will be your responsibility. Just write to us by email if this situation ever arises.
